Q:  Can I expect to get an airline upgrade on flights where an airline on which I have status is a codeshare with another airline, but the airline is operated by the other airline?

A:  It depends.  Generally, the other airline will attempt to accommodate the status holders for their partner airlines, but the airline will always take care of the travelers that hold status on their airline first.  Other travelers will come second.

Q:  How do I get a copy of my profile?

A:  Contact Trent at trent@tangerinetravel.com and he will send a copy of your profile.

Q: How can I modify my online booking request once it's been sent? I don't have the request number.

A: If you need to change a reservation that you have made through our online booking tool, you will need to call one of our agents. You can reach them toll free at (800) 678-8202 or (425) 822-2333. This is necessary because the airline fare rules change so often.
